![]() So now another day and now got a truck that was driven to and back from Devine. ![]() Come to find out, they traded that truck to Devine dealer. When the deal finally went down, i was going to get a brand new truck with 8 miles on it. Now, i got a 2014 Silverado high country. This would explain why they couldnt find truck in their system. Another dealer confirms the issue and found out this was a dealer trade truck. After over a year, finally they accepted lemon law. According to dealer nothing was wrong with truck. Showed them videos and pics and then my sensors started messing up for rear parking. Truck shook so bad the passenger seat look like it was going to go through windshield. ![]() ![]() Issue never fixed, was mad because of their delay, they would not take truck back and i was stuck with problem. Sales rep blamed service, service blamed sales. Being service was closed, it took the sales rep 3 weeks to set up an appointment. the day I drove off the lot, the truck would shake real bad. Goes back to 2013, purchased a brand new 2013 Silverado LTZ 46k. This pertains to customer service and sales management. Lets see if they disrespect me on the news. Mad over a review, lets see how they feel when this is on the SA. This is the kind of staff GM has representing their Brand, WOW. He walked off running his mouth and left me standing there. He kept going on about it was BS for me to post that, I have no friends and for me to sue them and to find another dealership to fix their mess. Then he said that Mike Springs, the general manager dont want me to step foot on that dealership anymore. That I have no friends there at Freedom.*** Sorry Rick but this is Business, I have plenty of friends. Then Rick snapped, started telling me it was B.S. I drove back to dealership to talk to Rick, service manager, showed him where the gaps were and how it was warped around the moon roof. My headliner is still raddling, i can put my hand between windshield and headliner. ![]() But again, the mechanics did a great job.Follow up 9-9-16, I went back to dealer to have issue address, results were the same. I understand if a quick wash isn't part of service, but dang, after nearly $1,400 bucks, it would have been a nice touch. Then upon picking my truck up, I found my truck to be extremely dirty. The last time I called, to again check on their progress, I was told my truck was ready for me to pick it up, leaving me wondering why they hadn't made that call to me? Never once did I receive a call back, which was the cause of me having to call again to get my prior question answered. A couple time's I was told they would call me back because they had to talk to the mechanic or they had to check on something. Over the week my truck was in for service, having never received a call to update me on how the maintenance was going, I called several times to check on their progress. The Rep then placed me on hold, and a minute later, I received a text message from the Service Rep. When I told the Rep that I had given permission when I dropped my truck off (because how else would they know why the light came on?) And that I hadn't received a text message from them. After not hearing from them for 2 day's, I called the Service Rep, who told me that they hadn't done anything with my truck because they needed my permission to run the diagnostic, and I hadn't responded to their text message. I spoke to the service rep who told me they would run a diagnostic and call me to inform me what they found. I dropped my truck off because the Check Engine light came on. The mechanics who worked on my truck were excellent, but dealing with the service reps is the reason I won't go back. ![]()
